End Goal of Hath Yoga is the Starting Point of Siddha Yoga!

What is the end goal of Hath Yoga? Hath Yoga is the regular yoga that we know of. It is the yoga where we consciously engage in performing various Yogic Postures, Yogic Movements called kriyas, Breathing Exercises (Pranayama) and Meditation. This is usually done under the supervision of an instructor. We also try to regulate our diet and behavior in order to take our consciousness higher.

What is the purpose of Hath Yoga? You might say it is to have a healthy and more fruitful life. Of course it is that as well. Ancient Yoga PR actioners codified Hath Yoga so that we can awaken this dormant force called Kundalini which lies dormant at base of spine. Once this dormant force awakens it takes over the duty of performing any yogic exercises, kriyas, and meditation. Its purpose is to rise up the spinal cord.

Usually the function of awakening Kundalini is entrusted to spiritual master called Guru. But in modern times it has become almost impossible to find an able Guru. In the absence of a proper Guru or Master, Hath Yoga is to be practiced so as cleanse the body and awaken the Kundalini force.

So the end goal of Hath Yoga is to awaken the Kundalini. That is the starting point of Siddha Yoga. In Siddha Yoga and enlightened Master or an able Guru awakens the Kundalini of the disciple. Guru also keeps a watchful eye on the disciple so as to regulate the rise of Kundalini. Guru does this through his spiritual eyes not through his physical eyes. Guru is always present with the disciple to take care of him.

We are lucky to have an enlightened master like Guru Siyag. Can there be any easier spiritual practice then Guru Siyag's Siddha Yoga? I do not think so. You can get the divine Mantra and Initiation by watching a short video over internet, sitting in the comfort of your home. Now all you have to do is silently chant the divine mantra as much as possible. Also you need to meditate 15-30 minutes two times a day. Isn't that very easy and simple! There are no classes to attend. There are not advance coursed that you need to attend. You do not have to shell out hefty fee as Guru Siyag's Siddha Yoga is always free of cost.

So this yoga is tailor-made for you. In the yoga that you do in the studio every ones performs the same yoga postures and exercises. In Siddha Yoga every person experiences different yogic kriyas, which are needed for them.

Here is the process of getting this mantra and method to use it:
